- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage projects related to customer accounts, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction via phone, email and text
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
